With 4 coffee shops within walking distance of my house, this is my daily choice! We all know any Starbucks can become crowded in the morning during peek hours (7-9am). If you place your mobile order a couple of minutes ahead you can guarantee that it will be ready when you get there.
There are a TON of Ward residents that come here EVERYDAY! The staff is is predominately why. They're super friendly (we all have our bad days), they always have fresh coffee available, they've got a proactive not reactive mentality, not to mention they learn your name and order pretty quick. (Ham and cheese croissant w/ a venti pike )
The one thing I would ask is for is to promote the sharing of tables. It's not a deal breaker for me at all because I simply ask if I can join them. Other than that this place is great! -

Came in to this location while vacationing. It was super hot outside; my family members and I were in the mood for some cold drinks. The line was pretty long, because this place was in a downtown area near Waikiki. Regardless, it still moved at a decent speed.
The girl behind the register was extremely pleasant and waited patiently as I gave her a decently long order with several customizations. She made sure to reread for accuracy and took my partner numbers since I work with the company.
In about 10 minutes, all of my drinks were ready. Some were ready even sooner; but I think 5 drinks out in 10 minutes isn't bad at all for a busy store. All of the orders came out competent accurately and tasted as they should. Every barista behind the counter was pleasant and greeted me nicely.
Overall, I would recommend this location. Service and beverage quality were great. I do think the store could have used a bit better cleaning of overflowing trash cans and general cleanliness. Regardless, I would still recommend to anyone in the area. -

Although I'm a country girl from Wahiawa, I find myself here like 2-3x a month. Must be the townie in me.
This Starbucks is ALWAYS crowded, but the workers here work fast and there's enough seating for the crowds/people that decide to study, do bible studies, get work done, etc here. Bathrooms are well-kept most of the time and amount of charging stations are decent.
Can't complain; it does the job for me! -

Love this location. There is lots of parking, it's in a central location, baristas are friendly, and it's a great place to get some work done. Lots of seats, plugs, and even an outdoor area that gets wifi. They are always quick and efficient.

I come here because I work nearby but I won't be coming here any longer. The guy who work early everyday is rude, rude rude!! He must not know how to communicate because he pointed everything to me. Haha no thank you , no good morning ... he must be a mime lol. But he did say "I don't know " when I asked him about their Bantam classics bagel... not the answer I wanted to hear but I give him credit for answering lol . That boy needs to go.
